Added Handshake class

Fixed NetworkBuffer include
Fixed some data types
TcpClient: Added SendBytes, SetOnDisconnectCallback, SetOnConnectCallback, SetOnMessageCallback methods and made callback std::function's private and fixed some method implementations
Added AcceptConnection on TcpServer
Fixed TcpServer AddToClientsList
